I’m Steve Middleton.

I am a Senior Technical Art Director on the Creative Innovations team at Electronic Arts, and previously worked at BioWare. My work has centred on technical art, animation, tools, and production pipelines for games. I’m also interested in machine learning and AI safety, and I write about these topics on this site.
